Its been a while since my children have been blogged, to be honest, its been a while since I picked up the camera to take photos of them just playing. This particular evening, they actually asked for me take photos of them on their bike/scooter. So I obliged.
I’ve known these great kids for a while now, but hadn’t really had a long conversation with them until this day. Reason for this is that they are good friends with my children and so when we are all together, they are all off playing somewhere and don’t give me or their Mom much notice unless they want to eat or drink something from my pantry (and I know what to stock up on just for them!!). So after talking to them for quite a while that day, they realized that my accent is different to theirs, and now much to their Mom’s amusement, they are trying to imitate me. Can someone say Pepa Pig?!
I hope that they continue to be good friends with my kids because they are exactly the type of people you want your children around.
The monthly competition over at I Heart Faces for April is black and white. This is my entry. I was actually going for a fun happy look, he decided to do the opposite. But its still a winner in my books 🙂

4 boys in this adorable family makes for a busy session for me. But busy in this case equalled fun. The boys were patient with me while I got their names confused and did what I asked of them (even if the accent confused them slightly). I enjoyed spending time with this family, seeing each boy’s different personality, the sibling dynamic and the love between them all.
The Mom did an amazing job with pulling off the clothes and helping the session run smoothly. She has 4 boys with a love of life and I am glad I was able to capture some part of this.
